During my previous experience in Computer Discount I figured out that the next challenge with ICT was on Business and Service. Companies were collapsing under mountains of hardware they didn’t know how to make the most of, so I spotted the opportunity to meet that huge and unserved demand. We provided a Service model to my former company and large scale distributors all over Italy.
My tasks as CEO in Esaplanet:
- Upheld client satisfaction by designing accurate and detailed timelines for technical services and alerting clients of changes.
- Designed service plans that took into account clients’ goals and preferences.
- Contributed to development, implementation and execution of service programs.
- Monitored results, providing analysis and insights to partner’s upper management.
